Our story
Built by players, for players.
We opened TouchHeroicHub in 2018 above a coffee roaster on Flinders Lane with eight machines and a dream of giving Melbourne a proper home for competitive play. Today we run academy coaching, weekly ladders and produce broadcast-quality tournaments — all in the heart of the CBD, a two-minute walk from Flinders Street Station.
Eight rigs, one couch and our first Tuesday scrim night with 20 regulars.
We brought in ex-pro coaches for CS, League and Valorant, running structured VOD reviews.
A full fit-out added a shoutcaster booth, green room and 240Hz competition stations.
We produced the Victorian collegiate finals with live broadcast to 60k viewers.

Bookings & Access
Walk-ins are welcome whenever seats are free, but weekends and prime-time evenings book out fast. We recommend reserving a station online, especially for groups of three or more. Members get priority booking 48 hours before the general public.
We're open seven days: 10am–11pm Monday to Thursday, 10am–1am Friday and Saturday, and 11am–10pm Sunday. Public holiday hours are posted at the door and on our contact page.
Coaching & Training
Our academy currently covers Valorant, Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends, with rotating guest coaches for Rocket League and Apex. Each session includes a recorded VOD review and a written practice plan you keep.
Absolutely. Around half of our coaching students are climbing out of the lower ranks. Coaches tailor each 90-minute block to your current level and goals, whether that's fundamentals or high-elo refinement.
Memberships & Builds
Membership is A$39/month and includes 20% off all bookings and coaching, priority reservations, free entry to community scrim nights and a locker for your peripherals. There's no lock-in contract and you can pause anytime.
Yes. Every build carries a 3-year workmanship warranty and we pass through all manufacturer component warranties. We also offer free performance tuning for the life of the machine at our Flinders Lane workshop.
